Corrections to the data, questions about how a figure was derived, and anything else about how this site is built.
A correction is the most useful thing you can send. Include the National Drug Code of the product. Brand names are reused across labellers and across strengths, so a description of a box is usually not enough to find the record.
Two kinds of error are possible: ours, and the source's. We fix ours and date the fix. Where the underlying FDA record is wrong, the route is to FDA, and we say so rather than quietly patching a number and creating a third version of reality. The process and the log are on the corrections page.
Several things that look like errors are documented decisions, including why menthol and levomenthol appear as separate ingredients. It is worth checking the methodology page first.
What happens to what you send is set out in the privacy notice.
